Portnawak & the Woo at BFS Winter Solstice Feast

We will be playing a set at the Beltane Fire Society Winter Soltice celebration at Old St Pauls on the 17th of December. If you don't know what or where this is then you probably won't be going.

You can look forward to feasting, frolicking, overindulgence and (therefore) probably at least one bounce induced vomit event.

We'll be wearing holly and ivy underpants and a pained expression.

Hopefully yule join us.

Pink Bunny from Space

Yesterday a giant pink bunny fell from space killing a party of drunken aristocrats who were out murdering grouse. Bunny Astronomers suspect local bounce merchants Portnawak & the Woo of luring the lapine to the area with promises of "really big holes" and "a lettuce the size of Bass Rock". The troubadours were last spotted dragging a B&Q trolley full of dead grouse over the horizon.

Cooking an egg

Portnawak II from Woodcote shows
his nice first paned egg  to his friends
- Grab a pan, standard size, good quality
- Start a fire (prefer heavy wood to pine)
- Immobilise one of your hens, using the pan
- Threaten the hen to cook it in the pan if it does not give an egg right now
- You should now have your egg
- Put your pan over the fire, and break the egg inside the pan
- Sing "Cuckoo! Cuckoo! Who's got my Cuckoo!?!"
- Your egg should now be ready cooked, enjoy!
